1. Introduction

The management of Skyint Ltd. publishes the organization's quality policy in accordance with the requirements defined in the MSZ/EN/ISO 9001:2015 standard:

  • This quality policy is based on the strategic decision of the top management of the organization, it is in line with the organization's strategy, and reflects the organization's commitment to quality.
  • The success, value and stability of our organization is mostly determined by the market conditions, which is why we constantly strive to increase the satisfaction of our customers and partners.
  • Our organization provides software products and software development services fully tailored to customer needs. In the course of our work, we strive to be able to continuously meet our contractual schedule, customer expectations and requirements.
  • All our employees are responsible and accountable for the quality of the work they do. The management of the organization ensures competency of employees and subcontractors involved in software development through trainings, as needed.
  • The management of the organization regularly evaluates and qualifies the suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that the services and products provided directly by them is at least on the same quality level that our organization represents.
  • Throughout the entire operation of our organization, we always act in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
  • The top management recognizes the importance of data protection and is committed to securing and keeping customer data private.

2. Commitment

The top management is committed to:

  • Establish and record the quality objectives related to the quality policy in the quality management system. The quality objectives are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and are considering its operational context.
  • Ensure that the quality management system achieves its goals by integrating the expectations and requirements imposed by the quality management system into the organization's business processes.
  • Ensure that the resources required to operate the quality management system are available.
  • Communicate the importance of the effectiveness and adequacy of the quality management system.
  • Ensure that all employees, subcontractors, and suppliers work to the best of their ability to achieve the quality management goals, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of the quality of the activities they perform.
  • Promote process-oriented approach, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement.
  • Continuous improvement of the quality management system throughout all stages of the software development life cycle.
  • Increase the quality of software products and software engineering services to meet and exceed customers' expectations.
  • Deliver software products which undergo complete and comprehensive testing.
  • Deliver affordable, safe, and reliable software products and software engineering services.
  • Listen to the customers and using their feedback to improve quality.

3. Scope of the quality management system

As a result of the analysis of the interests of customers, employees, suppliers, subcontractors, other stakeholders, and in consideration of its software products and software development services, Skyint Ltd. has determined the scope of the quality management system as follows:
